what is time limit for filing probate application.

I heard there is no time limit for filing probate applications in delhi but I heard new case laws and according to which if will not disclosed should be filed in 3 years .kindly clarify.

2.If there is no need for brobate in Delhi than why L.&D.O. does not substitute name according to registered will.

L DO will ask for No objection of Legal heirs excluded from the Will. Ofcourse, no probate is required in Delhi. yes, if WILL has not been disclosed the probate should be filed in three years

it is advisable to file the petition for getting the will probated as the rights of the parties concerned are decided by the courts of law and then there is no problem in getting the property mutated in L&DO;or DDA.
