Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
My uncle adopted a girl child. Now he have 2 daughters and both are married. He and his wife wants to prepare a will in favour of her own dauther. Can they do so? is adopted girl have any special right ?

If the property is self acquired, he can transfer it in any name by Will, sale or gift. There is no problem.
