Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

My uncle was living with my great aunt for over 15years, she inatially made a will naming him as the beneficiary for her estate. He subsequently died before her passing, but she didnt make any change to the will. She then asked me to live with her so i did so for over 2yrs until her death. How will i know who will be the beneficiary at this point? in Trinidad and Tobago

Due to the death of your uncle, the will of your great aunt would be invalid, as it would lack a beneficiary. Once there are no other wills, your aunt will be deemed to have died without a will (intestate) and as such, an application for letters of administration will have to be made.
