Whether Mr X has any legal right in that floor? Please help me by giving your valuable advice

since there is no will in respect of the ground floor, it will be the joint property of all your uncles including father. X who has inherited Mr. PM share is therefore joint owner in the ground floor with father and uncle. According he may seek partition of the ground floor.
