Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India
A widow sold out her husband's self acquired vacant plot in 2010.In the sale deed,nothing was mentioned about any will .She just claimed that she had inherited it from her husband.Later in 2015 , some of her children try to cancel the the registration by filing a suit claiming their right .She actually got the property by way of an unregistered will in her favor by her husband.What must she do now?
