can my wife and i make a joint will,suppose we both die together in the name of our two adult children

it is always advisable to make seperate will(s). that does not mean that the joint will cannot be written. Keep in mind that a will comes into operation on death of its executant. What if only one dies?

yes you can make a joint will but it should be specific and clear.
