will can be challenged at any time. there are two wills , copy of first will is with me and my uncle fabricate anther will and asserted this is the genuine will and share of my father removed from that will. when i opposed that will ,he said time is elapsed for challenging the will and i am in the possesion of that property. just tell me can will be challenged or not.

Yes, it can be challenged. While judging authenticity of a Will several factors are taken into consideration. If your uncle has fabricated the Will, it can easily be identified in court through expert.

The will can be challenged depending upon the objections raised by the petitioner.
