Can a will override a partnership agreement.
If the will is amended after the partnership agreement. as the partnership agreement has been made under duress.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the concerned property is introduced by the partner as a business asset of the partnership firm, a Will written up subsequently on the same property, is invalid, null and void.
