Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
I have appointment letter of 2008 which say 3 months notice and employee handbook of 2011 which says 1 month notice. Now my employer has asked me to resign and is not paying me my 3 months salary. Please advise Thanks CF

In some employment letter, it is specifically mentioned that any changes on service terms would be applicable. Same way, some companies, get employees signed such hand books. If there is no clause in your letter, and you have not accepted the handbook, you are entitled for three months notice
