Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
dear sir / madam
i am 23 years old . i am working in one pvt organization which is a subsidiary of P S U Bank .
i am working in this company since 1.5 years i am confirmed employees of the organization . i have worked honestly and regularly for companies profit and good will .
on 25 march i put resignation from my job because i want to go for MBA post graduation for my self improvement and better career. on 3 April company declared a salary hike and bonus for employees . i got salary hike of 10% on my C T C but they didn't gave me bonus ( which is depend on my past performance ) they are telling you have putted resignation that's why you will not get the bonus .
my other colleague having very very low performance than me he got the very good amount bonus .
i am the youngest employee in the company that's why they are not giving me proper response / answer / priority to my query ..
what should i do ? kindly help me sir / madam .

pl check your appointment letter about bonus (variable payment/productivity linked incentive). If it is being paid for the past performance you can put a claim till the period of your resignation.
