Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
Dear Sir,
i have received an abusing e mail from one of my company employe.. can i lodge a FIR for this person.
My Office is in Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), and headoffice is in Delhi .

Although you can lodge an FIR against the offender, always "Forgive and Forget".
