Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
my employer promised me 25,000/pm and gave me an appointment letter stating the same , after joining he is paying me only 15,000 , directly into my account , when i asked him he said he would be giving 1,20,000 at the end of the year. it has been one year bit now he is refusing to pay. what are the options for me ??

Dear Sir / Madam,
1. You can use the appointment letter to seek another job; and on getting one, resign from your present job.
2. You should lodge a complaint with the Office of the Labour Commissioner in Hyderabad against your present employer located at the following address :
Ati Campus, opp Shivam Temple, Vidyanagar, Ashok Nagar, Hyderabad - 500020
