Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you can sue the employer to pay up your notice period dues. The case in the District Magistrate Court in Mumbai should be resolved within 03 (three) months. You may contact Advocate Tiwari on his Cell No. 9320913049,in Mumbai, give him my reference and request him to quote his fees for recovery of your notice period salary from your present employer. Also cross verify the fees with another local Advocate known to you and only then engage Advocate Tiwari to handle your case.
Regards,
