Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
I am entitled to receive one time settlement amount from chennai port trust in lieu of job but now they are not giving the amount stating that I am married but I am unmarried and I have proof for the same. The officials are not giving the same in written . please guide me how to get a written confirmation from them and to proove myself
