Legal Question in Workers Comp in Bangladesh
Hello,
I am just curious about certain things. Please clarify if you can:
I joined a company about 5 months ago, but this company is continuously giving me less salary and benefits they promised. But we only agreed orally. No written documents is signed. Now after complaining I decided to quit. And after quitting, the company head is threatening me to take legal actions.
Can you please tell me without any contract can I be made guilty?

If there is no legal contract between you and your employer then you are not legally bound and your employer cannot do anything about it. So don't worry.
