Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
what is the maximum period that is required to complete a Full & Final settlement of any resigned employee as per Indian Law .
I am not sure as to which Act it will be guided by
Shops & establishment Act or
Workmens Compensation or
any other act

In India, there is no specific law for a F&F settlement.
there is no specific period for such settlement. However, if it is not settled in a reasonable period, you can take up with the employer for expediting the process.
