Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

Look there is this previous company of mine which is not helping me / giving me my full and final settlement documents. No tax computation sheet. What is the path forward that I can use?

Dear Sir / Madam,

It remains the legal duty of the Company HR and Accounts Department to provide an employee a statement of his / her "Final Settlement" and provide him / her with the TDS Certificate for tax deducted at source. If the Company refuses to give either or both, you should complain to the Labour Commissioner, Registrar of Companies with a copy to SEBI for redressal.
