Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
I resigned on 1 January 2013 and asked my company to serve a notice period of 3 months but my company told me that I can be relieved the very next day of my resignation,
a. So, in this case is my company legally bound to pay me notice period for 3 months?
b. Is there any legal law/ act/ regulations/ rules which states about notice period/ notice pay for professionals?
