Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
i am working in department of atomic energy as a security guard on basic pay 5200/- and grade pay 1800 as on joining. total pay with HRA TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE AND DA is goes to 15,000. i am permanant central govt employee. as per 6th pay commission overtime is not allowed but we have to perform over time each day. all security guards are 170. senior always forced us to do OT. please suggest some legal ways to fight in court or how we can fight against this act. we got only 88 rs as a charge for overtime as we take minimum 500 rs per day as per basic+grade pay. we have 8 hours duty but for extra 8 hours we get only 88 rs. plz sir help us to fight. thank you. please mail me your answer on my Email account
