Legal Question in Workers Comp in India

I'm writing here details of an accidental case of my younger brother. Kindly help me along perfection in compensation as per our law.

He suffered a lot after a road accident. He was driving bike & a private RTV passenger mini bus hit him severely. The bus driver accepted his mistake. My brother admitted in Medanta hospital where we incurred 10 lakhs on it. He got multiple disability certificate of 40% disability. He cannot work further now as he was working earlier due to severe problems in his brain and also he cannot see from right eye except few centimeters clearly. He can't observe smell of any object or surrounding.

His age is 23 years.

He was earning 25,000/- as an HR manager.

He cannot complete his MBA degree,he was pursuing at distance mode.

Kindly evaluate & analyze on it deeply.

Inform me,how much he can get from the driver's vehicle insurance company. It is matter of his complete life & livelihood.

As i told you the guiltness has been accepted by driver.
