Legal Question in Workers Comp in India
I've written a commitment in a company to work to years. In case of abondonment should pay compensation. But i didn't sign on bond papers. Just signed on company papers. Is it valid? If i stopped work. Any problem?

it is difficult to answer without seeing the documents.
it is a valid contract even if it is signed in the company papers, though it has certain limitations for admitting as an evidence before the court of law.
