Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama
my husband and I have a mortage with Wells Fargo and they keep calling us trying to force us to pay fees that we don't owe. I have faxed proof to them several time and they say that they are going to fix our account. They sent us an overpayment check but are still calling us trying to say that we owe past due fees. What act can we take to stop this?

If you are located near the Mobile/Baldwin County area, please feel free to contact our firm. We specialize in litigating against mortgage companies such as Wells Fargo for not properly calculating payments and fees. If they continue to add these fees, then you may be facing a possible foreclosure.
