Assault with a deadly weapon
I am searching for the maximum sentence on Assault 1st, Manslaughter Involuntary, Murder, Capital Murder. If this particular individual should plea youthfull offender what could his sentence be at the maximum.Please help me and give me some answer.Greatly Appreciated.

to put it bluntly, he ain't going to get youthful offender no matter whether you decide to plea or not. A judge would be crazy to allow it. When a weapon is involved, it usually does not happen. When a death is involved, it certainly does not happen. Capital Murder is punishable by death or life without.
