Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Alabama
Bankruptcy
If I file bankruptcy, will I be allowed to keep my house which I owe on and property. The payment is so high on the house and I have had medical expenses with my son.

Most people keep their house while going through a bankruptcy and there are ways of ensuring that you can keep it if you are still employed. I would be happy to represent you in a bankruptcy if you are relatively near Birmingham; there is no charge to call me and to have an initial interview.
