Does bankruptcy stop garnishment
My payday is being garnished if I file bankruptcy will it stop the garnishment.

Yes. The moment you file it. You bring in your papers to your HR dept. and they are required to stop the garnishment. If you are anywhere near Birmingham, Give me a call and I'll be happy to help you.
