Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Alabama
Can you file bankruptcy more than once?
I filed bankruptcy in 1996. I have gotten into a very bad financial situation since then am in serious debt. Is there any way that I could file bankruptcy again, although i filed 4 years ago. Is there some type of financial hardship filing or something that can be done?

More information is needed. However, if you filed a chapter 7 in 1996 and received a chapter 7 discharge, no. Otherwise, yes.
