Loan date vs. bankruptcy filing date
What is the length of time a loan must be opened to be included in a chapter 13 filing. Example: mr. green opens a new loan on June 1 and on July 6 he files chapter 13 and includes this loan.

All loans must be included in your bankruptcy petition regardless of when they were incurred. Furthermore you cannot incur any further debt after the filing of the petition. There are no significant consequences to having taken out a loan only a month before filing.
