Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Alabama
long term contract
when entering a long term contract with a customer and they file bankruptcy before the contract run out. do the contractor get the money for the part of the contract in which time is in bankruptcy.

Depends. You have not given enough information to make any type of determination regarding your question. If you are owed money you must speak with a bankruptcy attorney and go through the court to receive any monies.
