Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Alabama
truck was taken
If I am under chapter 13, and included in that was a 1985 dodge 350 p\u , and the original creditor came and took it..... isn't that illegal.

Yes, the stay in bankruptcy should apply to that property. However, you should consult wi the attorney who filed the bankruptcy to be sure.
