does any government especially in third world countries feel thretened by the concept of free mkt economy to the extent that they put up price control regulations and fixing the prices themselves of basic comodity

yes you are right that third world counties are thretened by the concept of free markete economy.as through this concept the multinational compenies will be able to capitalize all the marketes and small firms will not be able to survive. countries can fixed the price of basic commodities to save there public interest.(if they have not signed any treaty repugnent to their action.)
