If the corporation is unable to pay a judgment entered against it, what can the plaintiff do?

As a Franchise Attorney I would say you need to look into what is called "piercing the corporate veil." If the corporation did not follow required corporate formalities, etc. you may be able to proceed against the individual owners. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
