Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama
Customer harrasment
We have a customer who brought her computer in to be fixed and we did just that. She gets it home and said that it did not work. Then she brought it back and there was a loose screw in the bottom of the computer that had shorted the computer out. She has now written a letter back and said she is going to report us to the Better Business Bureau. What are our legal rights? What kind of letter could I write to her this woman to get her off our backs?

pr is the name of the game. i don't know what importance to attach to the loose screw, but if you cannot satisfy her and she reports you to the bbb, then you can write a response to her complaint to the bbb and anyone who checks your file there will have both sides of the story
