Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama
Can an employer charge one employee more for health insurance than another based on the length of time the employee has been with the company? Example and employee that has been with the company 3 years pays $35.00/payday, while an employee that has been with the company one year pays $48.00/payday

A labor law attorney will say as long as this is disclosed in an Employee Handbook (or similar document), and employees are informed of this policy before they're hired, you should not have any problems. But consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
