from your comments above, sounds like you have previously entered into what is referred to as a noncompete agreement. Does your agreement limit your territory or sales area? You should contact a local attorney immediately to preserve your rights and any defenses you may have against such suit. Hurry and do not delay as you have a short time limit within which you and your attorney must reply to the suit papers. good luck. Chip
