Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama
Judgement against me in small claims court.
I am being sued in small claims court for $2200.00 for past invoices that I do not have the money at this point to cover. Can I set up a payment plan to pay off this judgement? This is a small 2nd income business with receivables of $300 to $500 per month.

Re: Judgement against me in small claims court.
you should contact the attorney or person handeling the lawsuit and try and make some sort of payment arrangements with them without having a judgment against you or your business. if they are not agreeable with this type of arrangement please contact me and i will try and assist you.
