Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama
I Want Out of an LLC partnership
I am in AL, i am 30% owner of a LLC, we are a mortgage title insurance company. I want out. I do not want to have to disolve the LLC unless necessary. I just no longer want to be in business with associates. But I also want to leave with no liability issues that could come back and haunt me down the road

Re: I Want Out of an LLC partnership
Did you have an operating agreement? If so, it likely spelled out the method of getting out of the LLC. If not, we could work out some method of possibly selling your interest. If you need more information, please contact my office.
Thanks!
