Non Compete Agreements
My employer forced me to sign a non-compete agreement after I had been working for him for two months. Is this agreement binding?

it could be binding depending on whether or not there was any consideration given for the agreement. usually such agreements are signed at the time of employment and the consideration for the agreement is the employment itself. as to the other aspects of the enforceability of the agreement, it has to be reasonable in its time and geographic limits. all of these factors will turn on the facts of your situation. you need to contact an attorney to go over the facts as they relate to the law for a definitive answer.
