Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama
I just recently quit my job due to my boss demoated me from district manager to just manager and waitress and lowered my salary 500.00 because i missed her phone call at 1am. I had just worked 98 hours that week. Is this leqal and will i get my un employment

If you quit your job, you are not eligible for unemployment. Your three words, "I just...quit" will keep your from drawing unemployment. Unemployment is meant for people who are laid off for lack of work, not for those who quit or are fired for cause. I assume you got paid for the 98 hours according to wage and hour, and I assume you have no contract of employment.
