Legal Question in Business Law in Alabama
We have a small, family run corporation. The president will not follow the decisions of the board of directors or shareholders. Can anything be done?

As a Franchise Attorney I can advise as follows. You would do the same thing as any other corporation - fire him or her. Check with your bylaws to see what procedure needs to be followed, if there is one spelled out. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
