statute of limitations on debt collection
I was recently contacted by a debt
collector regarding a bill for a doctors
appointment I had almost three years
ago that I believe I paid. This is the first
time they have contacted me. Is there
a statute of limitations for collecting on
this bill?

At the most it would be six years.
