What are the laws regarding television stations using a minor's name who is charged with an offense?

Re: Juvenile Rights
There are no laws prohibiting the publishing of a minor's name, although most newspapers don't do it as a matter of public relations.
Court proceedings, however, are confidential and may not be disclosed without court permission.
