Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Alabama
is it sexual discrimination
I had a get together on a friday night where I invited several co-workers.2 guys and 2 women, I was off the following day they were not, everyone made it to work on time the next work day me and the other female employee were suspended. The men were not.then several weeks later it came up in conversation and my boss cursed at me and said I was probably fired find another**** job. do I have a case
