i was arrested on 12-31-10 here in town the paper prints all arrests in the paper i sent them a email saying not to print the story until i have been conviced in court do to my line of work but they disregaurded my email is that legel

Yes. Saying you were arrested is not the same thing as saying you were convicted. You do not have the right to order the newspaper not to print a story about you just because the story will have a negative impact on you.
