Is it constitutional/legal for a judge to order someone to vacate their residence based upon abuse allegations alone with NO supporting evidence AND not allow witnesses to the contrary at the hearing (a so-called hearing)?

It would violate due process to not allow a person to present evidence in his / her behalf. You should be able to appeal the ruling. Consult with an attorney.
