voting rights and Will
what state should I be a ''legal'' resident for voting purposes if I have been living in Thailand for the last ten years without voting? Additionally, what about writing a last will and testiment?

Your last state of legal residence within the United States. Your will, if executed in Thailand, in order to be recognized in the U.S., must be made in full accord with the laws governing the execution of
such documents in Thailand.
