Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
72 hr return policy
I live in Alabama, and I just purchased a used car. I'm not satisfied with it after a day and I feel I made a mistake. Do I have 72hrs to return it to the dealer? I spoke with the manager there and he says they don't do that. Isn't that a law that they have to? Thanks!!

No. The only law I'm aware of with a 3 day right of recission is with respect to home solicitation sales, i.e.: door-to-door sales.
