Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
Automobile Financing
On 13 Jan I purchased a vehicle from a dealership, we were approved with a no money down loan, signed all papers and left with the vehicle. On 17 Jan my wife received a phone call from the dealership requesting that we need to come up with money down.
Question is do we have to come up with the money?
Thanks for your assistance

Re: Automobile Financing
This could be considered what some people call a "yo yo" transaction, and you might have a claim. I would have to discuss the facts with you in more detail.
