Buying a boat
I am buying a boat from and individual who has it fianced who do i make the cashier check out to?

Well there is certainly multiple ways to purchase. However, two key things you will want in the end is a copy of the bill of sale and title to the boat. The finance company is holding the title right now since they have a security interest in that boat. I would work with the seller and most likely put their name and the name of the finance company on the check. Probably best to have a three way phone call with all parties and work out some type of arrangement that all parties are happy with and that leaves you holding clear title to the boat.
