damage to my vehicle, due to neglegance
I had my oil changed, but the tech forgot to put oil back in my vehicle before i left, im worried if i have damaged. the owner refuses to warranty his mistake,should i demand a new engine?

I would have the car inspected by another reputable dealer. If the dealer finds damage, get an estimate and tell the owner of the oil place that you'll take him to small claims court if he fails to pay for the damages. That's exactly why he has insurance, so he should just turn it over to them.
