Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
My daughter purchased a car she found on ebay. She wired the money and now we find out this is a fraud. $15,000.00. She talked to ebay on a live chat and they told her she would get her money back. Now ebay will not respond to her. She can not even get to her ebay account. What can we do? We are going to file charges at the Sherriff's department Tues. morning.

File the charges. This involves federal as well as state consumer laws since there is interstate commerce involved.
